set up forgejo

1. Point forge.voidcomm.net to elminster.vc.net
2. set up nginx to forward to local port 3000
3. set up forgejo with docker
4. get let’s encrypt working
5. set up user and organization for voidcomm
6. create repos for
   • Journal
   • website
   • etc

a lot of this is done through nginx proxy manager which I struggled with networking a little but is working now.
